Mr. Konner specializes in real estate transactions, secured and unsecured financing on behalf of borrowers and lenders, leasing, corporate, construction and commercial law, mortgage foreclosure and restructuring on behalf of borrowers, lenders and sponsors, and acquisitions of multi-family, commercial and residential property. Mr. Konner also has expertise in cooperative and condominium law, in both conversions as well as representation of Boards of Directors and Managers of cooperatives and condominiums throughout the metropolitan New York area.
