Born in New York, New York on September 3, 1959; admitted to New York Bar (1985); US District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (1985); US District Court, Western District of New York (1986); Education: Trinity College, Hartford Connecticut (B.A., with Honors in History, 1981); Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Virginia (J.D. 1984).

Mr. Gould specializes in all phases of civil litigation, primarily related to real estate, including prosecuting and defending mortgage and tax lien foreclosures, holdover and non-payment proceedings and other commercial litigation, including partitions, suits on promissory notes and other commercial paper, brokers' suits and motions to lift stay in Supreme, Civil and Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Gould is experienced in appellate advocacy, and published decisions include New York Helicopter Charter, Inc. v. Air Pegasus Heliport, Inc. and Hudson River Park Trust, WL 4410092 (S.D.N.Y. 2008; Hudson River Park Trust v.
